Bengal Blues is usually my go to restaurant, however, tonight the service was slow and the food luke warm. The order was placed at 7.17pm. An hour later, the app said it had been delivered - it hadn’t. We rang Bengal Blues and after some confusion we were told it would be 20-25 minutes. It finally arrived at 9.30pm. Very disappointed. ☹️

Had a bad experience previously with delivery wait times but always willing to give a second chance. Waited almost 2 hours for my food this time. I recieved a text saying my food had been delivered (it wasn't) then almost 20 minutes later it arrived. Unfortunately, the naan and chips were not hot, the curry was okay but the tandoori meat was tough. I can safely say I won't be ordering from here again. 2 stars just purely because the food arrived (eventually) and it was just about edible.

The food was delivered promptly ant was good quality. Unfortunately the order was incomplete. I had ordered a portion of mushroom rice which was not delivered. Can I get a refund?

We are in isolation as we have tested positive fo covid and it was my daughters birthday (13th) abd all she wanted was a bengal blues fantastic food and service thank you for making my daughter very happy

Ordered lamb vindaloo and chicken Madras. Absolutely beautiful food, arrived quickly and was piping hot. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Food took 90 minutes to arrive, and when it came the sagaloo tasted off and as though they had used tinned potatoes, both chicken curries were tasteless, the rice was overcooked - I didn't even know that was possible until this order -.
