food was good but i ordered about 10 ish and the app said collection at 10.15. i got to the store at 10.15 he goes 5 mins but it ended up being 10.40 when i walked out with the food so apps useless

Waited over 45 mins for my food to be ready and asked a couple times for an update. Asked again and member has staff had said it was ready for a fair bit of time. Food wasn’t fresh then.

The uber drivers were blocking the queue which made us all customers who ordered via app wait much longer than expected please resolve this situation as it wasn’t pleasant. Overall nice bro on counter
